Hi Zine, I think there's a confusion here; the problem with the
auto-completion does not prevent a build to succeed, and it is not
related to release/debug build configurations (if this is what you
meant with "release mode").

You can write code in qt-creator and build your project successfully
either with "release" or "debug" configurations, using qt-creator
alpha, beta, and snapshots, indepedently of the auto-completion
functionality being completely fixed or not. The auto-completion only
makes it easier to write the code.

Qt-creator is great, and it's free. It has some issues, but being a
beta is good reason for that. Thanks!
