[Qt-creator] GCC 4.32 for Windows

Thanks Yves, that is exactly my point: GCC 4.3 sticks much more to the C++ Standard than 3.4. And if you (André) need some more updating on what has been going on in the compiler suit since 3.4 then pls look here: http://gcc.gnu.org/ they have excellent documentation on what changed. And on this page u can find a mature port of the GCC for windows: http://www.tdragon.net/recentgcc/

I regularly download the latest snapshots to my Mac 10.4 and Windows Vista system to see the progress of Qt-Creator. But I dont expect it to be perfect already, but I'm eagerly waiting for the final release. Switching the compiler suite could be put in a more obvious place, btw.
