[Qt-creator] Multi-file search?

Is it possible to do a search in all the files of a project in  
QtCreator? I quite often want to do things like find all the places  
where I used a given variable/class, but haven't been able to figure  
out how- I've been using Spotlight in the finder (Mac OS X 10.5) to  
accomplish this. Needless to say, having such functionallity in  
QtCreator (if it isn't there already) would be much appreciated.
