[Qt-creator] How does Qt/Qt Creator find help files?

Hi

I have the development version of qt installed in /usr/local/Trolltech, 
now I do have qch files in there, but adding them in the qt creator ui 
seems to do nothing (they get added, but removed if I close the window 
and reopen).  How are these help files auto detected?  Can I make a 
symlink somewhere or set an enviroment variable to get them to load 
properly?

On a side note, I'm generally not a big fan of ui's for development, but 
this looks so good I'm very interested.  And I've based my projects 
around GTK, but with the current status of Qt, and now this program, 
you've caught my attention.  Keep up the excellent work.
