[Qt-creator] File sorted in folders

In our projects we have our source and include files organized in
folders, base on functionality.
When opening the project in QtCreator, all files are listed
alphabetically, loosing the grouping in folders.
Although I can see the benefit of such an alphabetically sorted list, it
would be nice to maintain to the group structure in the file overview.
