[Qt-creator] Alternate Build System Support

Hi Adrian,

I installed the latest QtCreator from snapshots (20090117). There is a 
CMakeProjectManager plugin loaded but it looks like that its features 
are very limited yet. For instance it is not possible to add a file to 
the CMake project.

What is the progress status of the CMake plugin developement?
