[Qt-creator] CMake support

Hi,

I am trying the CMake plug-in. When you do ADD_EXECUTABLE(name file1.cc 
file2.cc) you don't specify headers. So headers don't appear in the project 
tree. Should the user put headers in ADD_EXECUTABLE or should qt-creator look 
for the headers ?
