Hi,
Here's a good opportunity to kill two rabbits with one stroke. (don't do it.
poor rabbits)
I'm talking about the #elif being itself grayed out, when just its contents
should be grayed, and plus the following one.
- Create two projects, or if you already have two projects its also ok. If
you created the projects close them.
- From the welcome screen open both projects.
- Open one file from each.
- Close the last one you opened.
Here's the shell output:
~ $ qtcreator
QtSingleCoreApplication: listen on local socket failed,
QLocalServer::listen: Address in use
"Namespace com.nokia.qtcreator.091 already exists!"
Segmentation fault
I really need to start getting my hands on this thing, but... I don't know
much about programming with Qt.
Actually, since you guys are gurus at this thing, could you indicate me some
place where I can see some info on why the Q_OBJECT (plus the signal slot)
is better than stuff like we have from boost.
I'm talking about a Q_OBJECT (and family) vs boost functors, delegates,
lambda, reflexion, etc.
Cheers
ps: Although I really don't like the namespace pollution, I do like the
toolkit. Maybe you'll convert into the boost religion one day...
