[Qt-creator] Debugging Windows

Hello

excuse my probably stupid question but ... what is necessary that i can 
debug my application created with qt creator on windows.

I installed the latest snapshot.
If i try to start debugging it says "The gdb process failed to start"
So i searched for it .. and i can't find it either ;-) (the bin/gdb 
directory does not seem to exist in my qtcreator directory(
also i cannot find the qt4macros file mentioned in the settings.

So what am i missing here ?
