[Qt-creator] Windows did not appear when running

<001208.html>I have the same problem.
When I start the application from QtCreator with CTRL-R a command box 
blinks up and disapears immediatelly. It states <"&" is syntactically 
not allowed on this place> (my ranslation from the german message). Then 
the application terminates and returns 0.
When starting for debugging (F5) then everything works as expected.

This happens on my Notebook running Windows XP Pro SP3. On another 
notebook it works with no problems.
I also tried to reinstall Windows on this one machine, but the problem 
remains. I can use Eclipse to start the application or start it manually 
from the file manager.
This happens with all QtCreator Versions (9, 9.1 and 9.2 pre).

I hope that this information helps to find something.
