[Qt-creator] [BUG] QtCreator application will not close, and remvoed from Task List

Hello,

As i am closing QtCreator, will close the application.  But i can able to
see it is in running application of Task Manager, so while i am going to
shutdown my PC, will ask for End Process for QtCreator

OS: Windows XP
QtCreator#: 0.9.1 Beta

I have tried more than 8 times to reproduce it, but
fortunately/unfortunately i can able to do this 3/8 times.
