[Qt-creator] QtCreator under Windows NT

Does this dll use msvc*90.dll? I had a very similar error (when trying to get a mobile, stand-alone IDE that doies not need installation) and solved it with help from istari-radagast (who posted last year and provided me offline help in the last days) by including the msvc dlls ***including manifest*** in a subdirectory ..\Microsoft.VC90.CRT that is located alongside the Qt dlls.
