Where from?  I don't see anything in the LGPL section at
http://www.qtsoftware.com/downloads.

But I *should* only need to recompile when a new version of Qt is
released.  Otherwise if you want both dynamic and static versions
you're looking at a cool 9GB of disk space.  :)
