[Qt-creator] Building Qt 4.5.2 with MSVC 2008 For Use With Qt Creator - Observations

I think that now Qt Creator supports CDB and given the the MS compiler
is actually pretty good, it would in Nokia's interests to supply an
MSVC build... :)
