[Qt-creator] Regarding QT Creator SVN support

I think this is not a feature of QTCreator.
QTC opens a MSWindows-based file-dialog. At this time qtcreator can't
do anything, because MS Windows handles the view of the files and
directories.
This means you have to check the options of your tortoiseSVN,  that
the explorer has "to disable the green icons".
