There are two possible ways to follow for you:

a) Check out the corresponding section in the online FAQ on
http://qt.gitorious.org/qt-creator/pages/QtS60WithQtCreator which  
gives an overview about what you can do "manually" from within Qt  
Creator.

b) Get the most recent bleeding edge Qt Creator sources from the git  
repository
http://qt.gitorious.org/qt-creator, master branch, and build it while  
having an environment variable QTCREATOR_WITH_S60 set to something  
(e.g. QTCREATOR_WITH_S60=1). That gives you some more direct,  
undocumented, and very experimental and unfinished support for Qt/S60  
applications in Qt Creator.
