[Qt-creator] pro.user files?

They are like CMakelists.txt for CMake, .am file for automake, visual studio
sln files, .... Albeit some of the previous files might do more than a pro
file do (e.g. auto-finding libraries, ...). In short, YES, put it in your
source control so your fellow dev can open it using their Visual Studio (w/
Qt integration) or Qtcreator.
