[Qt-creator] Missing phonond in Windows SDK

The libraries with the "d" suffix on Windows simply are the debug ones.
If you pass the "CONFIG+=release" argument to qmake and execute
"mingw32-make release" command, your project shouldn't link to the
debug libraries.
