[Qt-creator] Missing phonond in Windows SDK

Hi Benjamin,

I am quite confused with the instruction...

1. Do I need to build kdewin32?

2. Do I need to recompile the whole QT 4.5.2? Or I need to build the
DS9 backend only?

3. If I need to build the whole QT 4.5.2 , what parameter should be
passed to configure script?
