[Qt-creator] Debugging with Creator on Windows and MSVC9

Debugging with Creator on Windows and MSVC9 doesn't work. I tried Creator
1.2.1 and then the current nightly, but both don't work. What I did:
- I compiled qt 4.5.2 opensource for Windows with MSVC9. It's my only Qt
installation.
- In Creator, I compiled the debugging helper in Options->Qt
- In Options->Debugging I checked "use debugging helper"

When I start debugging, Creator says for ~2secs that it loads the debugging
helper.
When I pause the program, Creator hangs for ages and after maybe 3min
responds again and shows me the debug output, but not the nice way that it
should be with debugging helper enabled. I get no error message though.

What am I doing wrong?
