[Qt-creator] Mercurial plugin

Hi all,

I have started a mercurial plugin.  It can be found on gitorious in the
personal clones section (mercurial-clone).  If anyone is interested in
trying it out and providing some feed back that would be great!

The basics should all be in place.  The only basic feature that is still
missing is commit.  At present it expects to find hg on the PATH, the
options page does not currently store the users choices for this.

It's been developed on ubuntu so is untested elsewhere, but hopefully it
should work all the same.  I have reused some code from the git plugin so
if that runs so should this??
