[Qt-creator] OSX Debugging woes

Pretty sure that squares with what I was observing. Especially the part
about it driving me nuts! I've been working on both the app and the
libraries, but I think the debugging problem was happening when I was
changing the library code.
So, here's a follow-on newbie question: I see where there is a form for
submitting bug reports. But I don't see where I can browse known issues.
I'd love to be able to track this issue and maybe be alerted when a fix is
committed. Is that possible?
