It has been fixed in the meantime.
Until the fix shows up in the public repo (probably around midnight)
just remove that line manually and add
#include <QtGui/QHBoxLayout>
#include <QtGui/QTreeView>
to src/plugins/projectexplorer/dependenciespanel.cpp
