[Qt-creator] Subdirectories with names containing dot character

Hi,
I am generating a project hierarchy in order to use it with QtCreator.
Our folder structure lays out different versions in subfolders named
with the relevant version number ie.:
    -Projects
        -SomeProject
           -trunk
           -2.2
For the example I give here I generate Projects.pro, SomeProject.pro,
trunk.pro and 2_2.pro. When generating the .pro files I use TEMPLATE =
subdirs and SUBDIRS = 2.2 (for example).

First of all QtCreator will only show the 2.2 directoy name as 2 in the
tree view that displays the project hierarchy. This I can live with if I
have to.

The problem that I cannot live with is that QtCreator stops parsing .pro
files further down in the hierarchy when this happens. I have attached a
screenshot displaying the situation. The pro files do exist, but are not
included.

I only use QtCreator as an editor with the intellisens and locator
functions. Build and debugging is done elsewhere.

My system is Win XP SP3 and QtCreator 1.2.1.

Has anyone had similar problems and are there work arounds?

Eirik Ulvik
