[Qt-creator] adding a new Qt-Designer Form class

When choosing this option from the "new..." menu item, i.e., creating a 
.ui file and the corresponding .h and .cpp files, all the files are 
generated correctly, but they are not added to the .pro file... is it a 
known issue?
