[Qt-creator] qt-creator indexing

Hi

on a project I develop with qt-creator, I'm using some header files that 
are in

~/usr/local/include

directory, and qt-creator cannot find these files, thus it cannot parse 
its included headers to get code completion for the types defined in 
those headers.  I added the build variable INCLUDEPATH, but this does 
not work either... is there a way to tell qt-creator where to look for 
those headers?

Note that I'm not referring to compilation problems, since qmake and 
Makefiles can find those headers (using pkg-config).
