[Qt-creator] First impressions

Hunh!  Look at that.  Thanks for the info!  I still think that's an 
unintuitive interface, and inconsistent with the way the other side 
buttons work.  I can hit f1 and get an embedded 'help' window, for 
example, or control-R and get an embedded 'output' window, and those are 
also side panel buttons.  If debug worked like those, that'd be more 
intuitive and consistent.

But at least now I don't have to restart the entire application to get rid 
of the window...
