[Qt-creator] Keyboard shortcuts

Creator has tooltips showing the keyboard shortcuts (at least I don't think we 
introduce those after 1.1). They are all customizable in the keyboard 
configuration dialog.

For the modes you use Ctrl+1...n, the output panes are Alt+1...n, and their 
are individual shortcuts for the different sidebar items, e.g. Alt-x for the 
project explorer and Alt+o for the open documents. But note that you don't 
really need those when you use the keyboard anyway, since the locator (Ctrl+k) 
is more powerful anyway.
