[Qt-creator] support for multiple top-level windows?

As a dual-monitor person myself, I wouldn't be opposed to this idea,
although to add in a comment: Allow each window to have its own build
and run configuration, so that you could have two projects open in two
windows conveniently. If I'm working on an application that uses Qxt,
I find what usually happens is that I build Qxt at the command line
whenever I make changes there; if I could set up the windows this way
I could simply build in the window I'm editing in and my desired
changes would get compiled.
