Hello Iatamar, I'm the Italian translator. From what I see there is no pt_BR 
translation in the repository, neither a merge request, but Danimo or Ossi 
have the last word here.

>From my experience, translating Qt Creator, including looking up the stuff, 
finding out the good translations, etc,  takes about 16 full hours of 
dedication. A monthly update weights about 2 hours of work (to me).

So the message is: if you really want to translate this rocking tool, you have 
to start now and spend the weekend working on that, otherwise you won't be on 
schedule for the release ;-)
