[Qt-creator] debug problem in window XP

Hello, 

I'm a newbie here. When I debugged a qtwidget program, the excutable didn't stop at the breakpoints.

I  am using Qt SDK 4.5.1, Qt Creator 1.1.1 and gdb which is inside the Qt SDK.And As with Debugging 

helper, I chose "Use debugging helper", and unchecked the rest option.

 

Could someone help me fix it?
