Loading a subproject that is already in your tree might be easier than 
you think. If you select the subproject in your project tree and then go 
to File -> Open... (Ctrl+O), the dialog opens in the directory of the 
subproject you just clicked. Then you can just start typing the name of 
the subproject and it'll complete to the full name.
