[Qt-creator] Label in Editor Settings

Hallo all,
 
in the font and color settings of QtCreator there is a FontSet for
"Label". What is that meant for? How can I creat a "Label"?
What I'm searching for is a possibility to mark a specific text area in
a color that's easily seen for e.g. TODOs or Warnings.
In Kate there is the TODO and a //### highlighted in a special way.
