Nevermind, I have requested a merge now. Hope it's alright, it's my first 
time on git and gitorious. I'm afraid it also includes the hack-ish 
version as a (superseded) commit, but I hope there is a feature somewhere 
where you can see an over-all diff for the full merge request.
