[Qt-creator] UI Files not visible in Qt Creator 1.2

For some reason my forms are no longer showing up in the projects view
QtCreator 1.2, Windows, using MSVC Qt and debuggers.   I can open the
form just fine if I manually go to File->open, but it doesn't show up
in the project view or the Ctrl+K quick open.   The form is referenced
in the pro file.  If I try to add it again it will add another entry
in the pro file, but still doesn't show up.   Any clue what might be
going on?
