[Qt-creator] TODO view available?

I have not seen this feature in QtCreator. I think someone might be writing
it. If there is, can that person mentor me so I can help do it? I want to
contribute to QtCreator code but I don't know enough about the project to be
helpful. (I do know Qt however). Maybe someone on QtCreator team?
