[Qt-creator] Seting up debugging using Visual Studio and application output.

I have just made my first fully fledged QtCreator project and have run 
into some problems. I am compiling using Visual Studio 2008 compiler and 
need to know how to set up debugging with the visual studio debugger. I 
have not found any options for setting this. When I start debugging my 
application it only says "Debugging with VS debugger has been disabled".

Second I see no sign of printouts made in code using std::cout. I have 
run the application using the console option and also normally but 
looking at the application output window, but without any luck.

Any help qith these two issues qould be much appreciated.
