[Qt-creator] Specifying a layout for a tab using embedded desugner

I am sure that I am missing something, but I can't seem to figure out how to 
set the layout (say QHBoxLayout ) for a tab under the QTabWidget

I can edit the XML directly to get things to work and then when I reload in 
the embedded designer, everything functions as normal, it's just that the 
toolbar buttons always change the form layout, not the selected widget.

using QtCreator 1.0.0 under OpenSUSE 11.1
