Unfortunately you fail to point out which operating system you're on.

On Linux, the settings are stored in:

~/.config/Nokia/QtCreator.ini

You might also want to get rid of your sessions at the same time, which 
are in:

~/.config/Nokia/qtcreator/*.qws
