On Linux the SDK consists of Qt and Qt Creator. Qt can be downloaded from
ftp://ftp.qtsoftware.com/qt/source/qt-x11-opensource-src-4.5.0.tar.bz2
Download and compile it as advised in the INSTALL file inside the
package. Next, download Qt Creator 1.0.0 and build it:
ftp://ftp.qtsoftware.com/qtcreator/qt-creator-1.0.0-src.tgz
Note that you might have to set PATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH prior to
building Creator so that Creator picks up qmake and the libs from your
installation of Qt 4.5.
