[Qt-creator] Announce: New Web Home for Qt Creator

Hi everyone,

Qt Creator has a web home at Qt Labs (labs.qtsoftware.com). The URL is:

   http://labs.qtsoftware.com/page/Projects/Tools/QtCreator

As a first step, we added Download Hints and some FAQs. We plan to 
extend the page to facilitate development and help people to get started.
