[Qt-creator] Creator 1.0 on Mac OS X

Hi!

I have downloaded the SDK distro for Mac OS X and started using the new Creator SDK.  Very nice.

However, I have some questions:

1. Why isn't in the SDK version the "macdeployqt"  and "macchangeqt" tools included?  They are included in the source distro.
2. It would be a nice touch to have in Creator on the Mac at least in the RELEASE target the tool building the complete bundle including the needed frameworks.
   It currently does not create a complete ready to deploy bundle... :-(
3. Creator on the Mac the ability to let the tool set:  

  a) the Mac OS X target (10.3.9, 10.4, 10.5,etc), 
  b) the SDK to be used (e.g. MacOSX10.4u.sdk)
  c) the platform (x86, ppc, x64, ppc64)
  d) the app icon.
