[Qt-creator] Git plugin corrupting local repository

ok so it happened again i'm on this occasion i did a status and then a 
commit and push and everything went fine.  i edited some files did 
another status and commit and the commit worked however when i tried to 
push i got the following error

Unable to commit 9 file(s): fatal: object 
606567293ed14b178cb8fa2e6650add2f05bebb2 is corrupted

this is what happens after i commit once the next time i get corrupted 
objects or index files and on one occasion i got loose objects but that 
is not as annoying.

again this only happens when i try to do git functions from creator.
