[Qt-creator] QtCreator under old KernelVersions

For QtCreator itself we provide a binary package for older gcc3.3  
systems on the download pages, that would run e.g. on SuSE9.3 and  
Ubuntu 5. I don't know the exact specifications of RH9 or FC3 but I'd  
think they fall in the same category.
If the binary packages do not work, you might be able to compile  
QtCreator yourself. You should note though that also Qt itself is in  
the category *community supported* on these platforms.
