[Qt-creator] filewatcher doesn't work for open files that aren't currently displayed

Hi again.

Normally, with a single file open in the editor, the filewatcher  
mechanism pops up a nice dialog when that file has been modified  
outside QtCreator.  However, if I modify one file, open up a second  
file, then modify the first file outside QtCreator, the filewatcher  
never alerts me that it has been modified.  It would be extra nice if,  
when I select that first file from the drop down again, I would get  
alerted that it had been modified.
