[Qt-creator] Using Experimental cdb

Please do it with love !

I studied CDB and legaly is perfect. You can even freely redistribute it
without mess.

Sure, features like FakeVim is funny, but things like CDB is what will make
a difference when a developer choose between VS or QtCreator for his
project.
