[Qt-creator] : How to delete/rename file?

Well if you just want to remove it from the project, you can double 
click the project file, and simply delete the filename and save.

I can't really remember if the 1.0 version had or not the option to 
remove the file.

Maybe you can try the git version...
It has other nice stuff, and I definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately it also has some bugs.
Of course I'm sure everyone is welcome to contribute with patches.
