[Qt-creator] Bug in subverison plugin?

I get the following errors when trying to commit a file with ALT-S, ALT-C 
in Creator:

Using the Slik-Subversion command line client:

09:39 Executing: svn.exe status C:\dev\Woodpecker\mainwindow.h

09:39 Executing: svn.exe commit --non-interactive --file 
C:/temp/qt_temp.Uh5088  C:\dev\Woodpecker\mainwindow.h

svn: Can't open file 'C:\temp\qt_temp.Uh5088': The process cannot access 
the file because it is being used by another process. 

The process terminated with exit code 1.


Using the Collabnet subversion command line client:

10:34 Executing: svn.exe commit --non-interactive --file 
C:/temp/qt_temp.gq2764  C:\dev\Woodpecker\mainwindow.h

svn: Error resolving case of ' C:\dev\Woodpecker\mainwindow.h'

The process terminated with exit code 1.

I suspect the --file part contains the commit description, but what is the 
problem?
