The MinGW components in the Qt SDK are (except for the debugger if I
remember correctly) unchanged versions of whatever is available on
mingw.org.

So probably the best approach for MinGW related bugfixes is to go
directly to http://mingw.org/bugs.shtml and "settle it" there.
