[Qt-creator] Can Nokia distribute qt/cocoalibraries?

Actually we do, as of 4.5.1:

We just do not provide an SDK that ships with it. However, it should 
work just fine with the current SDK or standalone creator. As for 
bundling it with the SDK in a forthcoming release: We are looking into it.
